Meet Gail a Certified Health/Life Coach a seasoned professional who holds a M.S. in Higher Ed. Adm., B.S. in Community/Human Services. Gail believes that using the "Habit Change Coaching Method", with the right information, motivation and coaching support almost anyone can move beyond wishing into taking positive action to live their "best lives", physically and emotionally and therefore academically, professionally and personally.. In addition ,Gail is founder and President of Steven's Spirit of Giving Inc. a 501c3 non profit charity whose mission is to spread kindness, good works and wellness information in honor and memory of her son Steven's giving Spirit. Gail is owner and President of Reunion Road Productions LLC,a business that offers programs such as Coach For Best Self, and products such as the "Make every Meal a Celebration" with a themed table runner. Both programs and products seek to promote positive values, family wellbeing and wellness.
Gail has over 30 years experience in the fields of Education and Family Wellbeing. She has served as a college lecturer on How to Be Successful in College and in Life. She is author of the Children's Book, The Day The World Went Inside, published in 2020. Gail has received a Humanitarian of the year award for her volunteer work with children.

Sign up for our walking challenge. Our walking goup will begin on October 1. We will walk the distance (in miles only) between 5 cities in NYS. First leg is from Buffalo to Rochester (in miles only) without leaving the comfort of you own treadmill, or neighborhood. Distance 66 miles at your own pace. Have your doctor okay you for a walking program such as this.
